As of September 11, 2025, a law on price transparency will come into force. This means that the prices of all properties presented on developers' websites will have to be transparent.
We support this legislation. Moreover, as one of the few developers, we have been implementing a pricing transparency policy for years. We do not hide prices from those interested in purchasing real estate. We believe that "price transparency" builds our credibility.
